About Lincoln Pitcher

Lincoln Pitcher, MSN, RN, is a nurse practitioner and board-certified adult geriatric nurse practitioner at Pinnacle Health Group in Tampa, Florida. He works in tandem with physicians, and assesses, diagnoses, and recommends treatments to patients dealing with a variety of conditions.

Before obtaining his nursing license and master’s degree in nursing, Lincoln served in the United States Air Force. His work in the Air Force inspired him to enter the medical field, where he could continue to help others.

Lincoln obtained both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from South University in Tampa. He received his second master’s degree in nursing from the University of South Florida, also in Tampa.

Lincoln began his nursing career at Florida Hospital Carrollwood-Brandon Wound Healing Institute in Winter Park. There, he treated patients with traumatic wounds and injuries.

Today, Lincoln works in primary care. He chose this path because, as a primary care nurse practitioner, he’s able to serve others and lead them to better health and wellness.

To make sure he’s always on top of the latest advances in the field, Lincoln retains membership with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. He’s also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

When he’s not working, Lincoln enjoys serving the community as a YMCA youth soccer coach, and as an East Bay Buccaneers junior varsity cheer dad.
